My developer (JFA) has informed me that they are waiting for electrical cable supply from the government for the connection between substation and feeder pillar. It has been 1 month and still no progress.
When can they receive the cable?
My house is on Lot is 64175, Kg Tagap.

Bersama ini saya ingin membuat aduan mengenai masalah penyambungan elektrik di Rumah saya No 18 Spg 278 Kg Keramut. Untuk makluman pIhak tuan, pihak contractor telah menghantar borang permohonan pada 13hb Julai 2017 dan sehingga tidak ada menerima maklum balas diberikan mengenai progress tersebut. Untuk makluman pihak tuan , surat untuk pembelian meter prepaid juga belum dikleluarkan. Pihak kami telah beberapa kali datang berjumpa dan menghubungi melalui telefon namun begitu alasan mereka adalah masih on "Q". Adalah sangat diharapkan moga process ini dapat dipercepatkan memandangkan ia melebih dari waktu TROR jabatan DES yang tentukan. | Waalaikumussalam Puan
Pihak Jabatan memohon maaf di atas kelambatan proses mendapatkan bekalan elektrik. Walaubagaimanapun, pihak Jabatan telah memberikan kebenaran bagi permohonan Puan pada minggu pertama bulan Ogos 2017.

| Syai | Efficiency | | power outage at kg mata mata spg 52 is not yet completed from morning, heard that they’re changing the generator and affecting all the surrounding areas even worst during sungkai hours. There is no proper communication either provided to us on how long will this take and just leaving us in the dark. Please do something about this! we’ve been calling 123 numerous times, but no answer cant be given to us. We understood their role is only to coordinate, but please DES , do give information to them so that they can give us the right information and answer on how long will this take and please do your work efficiently.
